Trees 2008-09

There’s some guy cutting down trees, or vacuuming, or using a blower or something in the building next door.

(The best thing is I could totally stand up and look out the window, but it’s much more entertaining to imagine this old man with a huge chainsaw tearing the entire courtyard’s tree supply to sawdust. It’s not even that loud – I’m almost positive at this point that he’s actually just sweeping the sidewalk.)

I could go into the various maddenings of this building I’m living in this month, including possibly the most racist thing I’ve ever heard ever, but that’s for another post. I’d also like to study this Armenian culture a bit more before I start ripping them apart.

(Strange Armenian Man Whose Wife (I Think) is Shaving Sheep in Your Apartment – you have an HDTV – a really nice one. How come you don’t have any idea what this “internet” is?)

Anyway, inevitably there are some of you reading this who have found your way here via the sidebar potato on my old website, which is officially dead via suicide.

Yes, I put some links over there, because while you all seem to hate me at this point, I’m an egomaniac and love attention.

That said, I owe you nothing, you owe me nothing, and we all have a clean slate. We had a good three year run over there – at times as many as 30K of you a day came to visit. Toward the end, we all hated each other.

As for here…I’m going to write when I have something to say, I’m going to Photoshop something when/if I feel like it, and that’s all. Yes, when things happen with the movies and or things (I like things!), I’ll talk about it.

This is a place, as it says above, for me to talk about what I think about airplanes, and anything else that happens in my life that’s of interest. Mostly about airplanes, though!

We’re gonna be messing with the theme a bit over the next few days, surely. Remain calm.
