I dunno–I kind of like the idea that Timothy has to have something in his hands at all times. Like, they can be in nature, and Timothy is constantly breaking apart small sticks; then at the restaurant it is napkins; and at his home, it's magazines.

Sounds like it takes place in a restaurant, but I think the napkin should be handed to him in a napkin ring holder – then he pulls it out of that & destroys it. Or he could tear a material napkin instead of a paper napkin to show his brute strength/emotion.
