Michael Keaton is a dad, and he’s a bad dad.

Sometimes the kids need things and he’s not there to give it. He’s busy doing his important work, and there’s no way he has enough time.

He’s a provider, and that means determination wins out over loving his kids. He makes a lot of money, and he’s a type-a businessman who gets it done.

One day his kid is really sad about dad not being there, and wishes to jesus that his dad was a snowman. A snowman who will play with him.

Shazam!

It happens and now they have to turn up the air conditioning or his snow will melt off and nobody can play anymore.

There’s lessons to learn first, though!

Billy is getting picked on at school, and everyone calls him a sissy. They do this by calling him wimp-face. He’s all upset, and comes home and says to his dad that he needs to fix it.

Dad is standing in front of the freezer because he’s a snowman, so he throws on his scarf and gets to work.

When he goes to the school, he sets up hilarious snowman pranks that make the bullies cry. Now they know what it’s like, huh?

Then Billy feels bad because summer is coming and his special dad can’t live in the sunshine at the beach. He has to go.

Everyone hugs so hard, and there’s lots of having memories about the good times. Dad gets a new job, and this time it’s all about the kids, because he got his second chance at being a dad.

Every Christmas they make new wishes now, and they’re wishes about happiness for everyone.
