BANNER FEB2010

Here’s Some Random

(I’m the seventh most important Cleveland-sports-related person on Twitter, according to WFNY.)

So after thinking about all the crying we did at movies together the other day, I decided to download an exciting new app to my Blackberry Tornado II – the TwitVid thingie.

This is “Tempest du la Keys”, and I’m pretty sure your tears of being overwhelmed should happen after you watch it.

Has there ever been something so powerful on a baseline emotional level – I don’t think there has.

Other stuff I’m up to, besides that – I started a new company with @kristinbrennan. We have set up a Facebook Page for it here. As soon as we figure out what the business does, I’ll let you know.

Also, the Who Shot Mamba? Facebook Page had to be rebooted to a new location Friday night – if you’ve got the desire, please join up.

HOT TIP: If you start a Facebook Page for a company or film or project or whatever, do it under a separate account than your own. Otherwise, you can only post on that page as the page, and not as yourself. Like on the old one, I was only able to post as “WHO SHOT MAMBA?” and not as “Brian Spaeth”. Twas a problem.

Hey, my sister is on Twitter now – be deliberate in what you say to her, because I will monitor every single Tweet sent her way.

Oh no, Brian, you did not just mention your sister on here again. This is your only blogging weakness I can take advantage of for my amusement.

But don't worry, I'll be very deliberate in tweeting your sister, Brian. I'll take my time, lovingly hand-crafting each tweet with just the right amount of innocent banter plus the occasional tweet that could have a double meaning, but maybe it doesn't, but she'll think about it for an extra minute or two, and...oh wait, that's not what you meant by deliberate, is it? haha
  • The only thing that makes something sound more lovingly-made than "hand-crafted" is "artisan-crafted by Pennsylvania Dutch".
  • 7th most popular, not seventh most important. Did you not read my intro.
  • I was moved to tears and tears of being overwhelmed-ness. I was in Starbucks and they all wondered if they got my order wrong and I told them i was too overwhelmed by a twit vid. Then they said they couldn't understand because people only cry in Starubcks if their order is messed up or if the beautiful music moves them to tears. Also there is a guy gluing black and white photos of people on to colored construction paper and then folding them. Also he has a boombox. Magic Johnson owns this starubucks and he is 50 and as Brian might say that is the meme.

  • Are you a bit emo today -
  • I was a little emo this morning lol.

PS. now I'm scared to tweet your sister. lol.
  • if that video is indicative of what Who Shot Mamba has to offer, we are all in for a tasty little treat of cinematic gold.
  • loll
one of the funniest things about "Who shot mamba" is seeing that the maker credited his own twin sister as "hotel slut" hahaha that is what we in the business call "gumption"
  • I promised her she could play a "slut" in any movie I have the power to make it happen in.
