The only reason I run or do anything exercise related is to counteract the rich food I eat. I love food, and yet I'm really vain.

Sometimes I'll eat nails or glass. Both are high in protein and make me feel like more of a man for eating them.

As the only married child of the Tim/Brian/Kristen triumvirate I can testify that I wouldn't have had most of my “Yes” foods if not for the influence of my ladyfriend. Indeed, if not for her, my list would be almost identical to B and K.
