Balconies, Coach Mike, Nothing

This is one of the strangest things I’ve seen in some time – it’s some kind of fold-out balcony that you’re supposed to install into your apartment or condo.

I’m not sure if your building would ever allow you to install such a thing, but personally, I wouldn’t trust my handyman work enough to sit on this, even if they did.

In fact, even if they let me and I trusted my handyman work, I wouldn’t sit on this thing, because I think people would stop and be looking at me like, “WTF buddy are you doing?”

I like that they couldn’t even get the model to stop smirk-laughing during the shoot.

(I found this over at Wired Gadget Lab. Also, I named that picture “BALCONY” even though it’s really a “WINDALCONY”. Is it any surprise it was designed in one of those Swedish countries?)

Coach Mike is the official Coach of the Year, and I have to say I’m surprised. While he’s fully worthy, this one rarely goes to the best-record-in-the-league team.

I’ve done a full 180 on Coach Mike, as you can probably gather. He does a fine job of managing personalities, and that offensive coordinator move was really smart. I’m glad someone thought of that.
