That is in fact an airplane that goes into outer space-only you are not calling it a "spaceship," but rather a "superairplane." Planet/moon in upper-left corner gives it away-it is far too large.

It's an airplane with really long legs that walks instead of flying. They still call it an airplane though for copyright reasons.
