You would think! My friend was one of those people and has gotten every model since then and harbors no ill will. He also got the PS3 when it cost 600! So what does that tell you? Some people just don't care and want what they want regardless of the price. I paid 200 for mine and I don't know how I lived with a SideKick before it >_<<br><br>One thing I'm too futurist for my own good is watching shows on TV. Who the hell wants to watch all those commercials? You can watch anything and everything now online and in HD. My 50" plasma in the living room is my monitor and then I just have a wireless keyboard and mouse as my remotes. It's like having every channel in the world in HD at any time you feel like watching it for the price of a high speed connection. I just don't see the point to cable or satellite anymore other than sports packages. <br><br>To watch football on the weekend I got a $60 power HD antennae and I couldn't be happier :D Plus with ESPN 360 I get a ton of sports online... anyway.
